Satisfaction Guaranteed

Any product can be returned wiithin 30 days, as long as it is in accordance with our return policy.

Return Policy

All product returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA). To get that, contact us by our contact form or mail [email protected]. Returned products for replace or credit must be in new product conditions in its original packaging. The product will not be accept for replace or credit and will be reurned to customer if it is not in new product condition. The product must be return with paid freight and insurance. We refuse products which freight is not paid.

Transportation

Our products are sent by carriers or by national postal service. The delivery time depends on the customer’s country. If the customer doesn’t have a preffered carrier we will do a freight quotation to the customer.

Guarantee

Our guarantee is valid just for products used by education institutions. Most of our products have five-year guarantee against manufacturing defects. Anyother product which has not been manufactured by AZEHEB is subject to manufacturer’s product guarantee, which usually is one year. Some products as lamps, fuses, batteries and consumables, don’t have guarantee. During guarantee period AZEHEB will fix or replace the defective product. Our guarantee doesn’t cover defects which are caused by misuse, abuse or non-educational use.  For products out of guarantee AZEHEB will try to repair free of charge. The freight payment of product under guarantee (sending and return) is responsability of the customer. For more informations, confer our guarantee term.

Technical Assistance

We give permanent technical assistance for our products in our factory. During 90-day guarantee, the freight cost is responsability of AZEHEB, after that period the freight costs is responsability of the customer. Before sending any product for repair, contact us through contact form or mail [email protected] to ask for the return merchandise authority (RMA). Products to repair without previous contact will not be accept.

Use of the Product

Our equipments are designed only for educational use in educational labs. Any other different use will not be within specifications for which equipments were designed.
